Checking Your Order Status
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, a second email will be sent with tracking information.
You do not need an account to view or track your order, all updates are sent directly to the email used at checkout.
If you don’t see your confirmation or tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Processing & Shipping Times
Many of our products are made to order or produced in small batches.

Once your order ships, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Address Changes & Order Updates
If you notice an error in your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help if your order has not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within a few days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
Blind Date With a Book Orders
Blind Date With a Book purchases are final sale due to the surprise nature of the product. While we do our best to honor preferences and content requests when provided, specific titles cannot be guaranteed.
