Processing time
Many of our items are made to order. Coffee is roasted fresh for each order, and candles are hand-poured in small batches. Current processing times are listed on individual product pages.

Shipping methods
We ship orders via standard carriers within the United States. Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. No account is required -all updates are sent directly to your email.

Address changes
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

Local pickup & pop-ups
From time to time, we offer local pickup or in-person sales at pop-ups and events. Details will be shared on our website and social media when available.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because many of our products are handmade, made to order, or food-related, we keep our return policy simple and transparent.

Returns & exchanges
At this time, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on most items. All sales are considered final unless there is an issue with your order.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within a few days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll review it and make things right.
